For remedial surveys CavityTech Systems Ltd Surveying staff are fully qualified in timber treatment, damp proofing and Heath & Safety (CSRT - Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatment).
Our remedial surveyors are also fully qualified water-proofing specialists (CSSW - Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing). We can provide detailed designs for any required below ground water-proofing and basement conversions. Our designs and specifications conform to BS 8102 - The Code of Practice for the Protection of Structures Against Water from the Ground.
We offer a similar service in respect of Wall Tie inspections, and can provide ‘Boroscope’ surveys, together with detailed reports and specifications, for virtually all types of cavity construction. Specifications can also be provided for structural masonry repairs, in all types of structures. 
Our insulation assessors are experienced in all type of property construction. Prior to the commencement of any insulation works, an assessment will be carried out to record all features of the property to ascertain the suitability for insulation.
